To run a railway museum or indeed a railway requires the expertise of many disciplines within the industry and at the Gloucester Railway Carriage and Wagon Museum we encompass numerous departments that all work hand in hand and together to ensure the Museum runs and operates in a safe and efficient manner.
Our volunteers draw on their experience from diverse backgrounds to provide the skills and knowledge necessary to take care of the various tasks and duties for the day-to-day running, maintenance and operation of the Gloucester Railway Carriage and Wagon Museum.
